Overview

The Platform Dashboard is the per-client home base: a Performance Overview with L7, L14, L30, L60, and L90 quick date ranges plus a custom date-range picker, an eight-tile KPI band that includes Open Rate, weekly meeting-goal and activity-trend charts, a compact activity summary, volume chart, and type filters, the active campaigns table, the contact pipeline, meeting breakdown donuts, and a Meetings section with Recent and Pending tabs. Pending contains only booked meetings with a scheduled time still ahead; unscheduled and past meetings are excluded from the client-facing Pending view. Pick a client in the Client Switcher and the dashboard reloads for that client. The Meetings Booked and Potential Meetings KPI tiles link to their corresponding list pages. Use the quick or custom range controls to scope the email and cold-calling KPIs and the trend charts; the meetings numbers and both meeting lists stay all-time by design so the headline Meetings Booked figure never shifts when you change the range. The Dashboard Activity section uses its own 7, 30, or 90-day activity range, shows Clicks Tracked as its sixth stat, and omits the lower live event list and detail pane.

How to use this page

  1. Understand what is on this page

The dashboard is the home view for whichever client you have selected in the Client Switcher. From top to bottom it shows a Performance Overview header with L7, L14, L30, L60, and L90 quick ranges plus a custom date-range picker, an eight-tile KPI band (Meetings Booked, Potential Meetings, Info Requests, Emails Sent, Open Rate, Calls Made, Contacts Enrolled, Conversion Rate), a Weekly Meeting Goals bar chart and an Activity Trends area chart side by side, an Activity section with a stat band, Activity Volume chart, Type Breakdown filters, and refresh controls, an Active Campaigns table, a Contact Pipeline bar chart, a Meeting Breakdown with two donuts (by status and by source), and a Meetings section with Recent and Pending tabs. Pending contains only booked meetings with a scheduled time still ahead; unscheduled and past meetings are excluded from the client-facing Pending view. The Meetings Booked and Potential Meetings tiles are links to their list pages. If the selected client has no campaigns or enrolled contacts yet, the page collapses to a single empty state that links to Campaigns. Employees and clients both see this page; clients see the same per-client view for their own client.

  2. Select a client

Use the Client Switcher in the app header to pick the client whose performance you want to review. The dashboard reads the selected client from your session and re-renders for that client, including its campaigns, contacts, meetings, and activity. If no client is selected, the page shows a Select a client prompt instead of the dashboard. The date-range picker, charts, and tables all recompute for the newly selected client.

  3. Choose a quick or custom date range

The Performance Overview header has five quick range buttons: L7, L14, L30, L60, and L90. Each applies an explicit seven, 14, 30, 60, or 90-day window ending today, highlights the selected shortcut, updates the From and To fields, and reloads the dashboard. For a different window, use the custom Date range controls with From, To, Apply, and (once a range is committed) Clear. Pick dates in yyyy-MM-dd format. The To input minimum is your From date and the From input maximum is your To date, so you cannot pick an inverted range. Apply is disabled until both dates are set with From on or before To. The range scopes Emails Sent, Open Rate, Calls Made, reply counts, the Conversion Rate reply figure, the Weekly Meeting Goals chart, and the Activity Trends chart. Meetings Booked, Meeting Breakdown, Recent meetings, Pending meetings, Contacts Enrolled, Active Campaigns counts, and Contact Pipeline are all-time and do not move when you set a range, by design. The L30 state is shown in the guide screenshot.

  4. Read the KPI band

The KPI band is a hairline-divided strip of eight tiles. Meetings Booked shows total meetings set with the hold rate (meetings held divided by meetings booked) underneath and links to the full Meetings list at /platform/meetings. Potential Meetings shows the count of contacts in the interested (warm lead, not yet booked) status and links to the Potential Meetings list at /platform/meetings/potential. Info Requests shows contacts in the asked for info status. Emails Sent shows total emails sent in the selected range with the reply rate. Open Rate shows the percentage of sends from active campaigns in the selected range that had at least one unique human open; repeat and bot opens do not add opens. Calls Made shows every call-log row in the selected range. Its connect rate is connected calls divided by all call-log rows in that window, multiplied by 100 and shown to one decimal place. A connection is a real-conversation disposition, such as interested, asked for info, a meeting set or booked, a handled objection, or conversation. Clear no-contact outcomes such as no answer, voicemail, busy, gatekeeper or answering machine, invalid number, out of office, unqualified, dialing, and unknown stay in the denominator but do not count as connections. Contacts Enrolled shows currently enrolled contacts across the client active campaigns with the campaign count. Conversion Rate shows meetings divided by contacts enrolled as a percent, with the reply count and bounce count underneath. For an explicit date range, Emails Sent, Open Rate, Calls Made, and the reply figure inside Conversion Rate recompute.

  5. Read the Weekly Meeting Goals chart

The Weekly Meeting Goals bar chart plots Set and Held meetings per week as paired bars against a dashed Goal reference line drawn from the current week's goal. The subtitle reflects the active range (Last 12 weeks by default, or your selected quick or custom window). Hover any week for a tooltip with the exact Set and Held counts. The chart respects the date-range controls: setting a range narrows the weeks shown and the subtitle updates. The goals themselves are set per client and per week elsewhere on the platform; this chart is read-only.

  6. Read the Activity Trends chart

The Activity Trends area chart stacks Emails, Calls, and Meetings per week as three gradient areas. Like the goals chart, it honors the date-range controls and its subtitle matches the active range. For an explicit custom range the x-axis spans every week in the window you selected (including zero-activity weeks) so you see the full window, not just weeks that happen to have data; for the default 12-week view the axis is the union of weeks with data, unchanged. Hover a week for a tooltip with the per-channel counts.

  7. Review dashboard activity

Below the charts, the Activity section shows a stat band for Total Events, Emails Sent, Responses, Opens, Meetings, and Clicks Tracked. Its Activity Volume chart can show a 7, 30, or 90-day window, independent of the dashboard date-range controls. Use the Type Breakdown checkboxes to include or exclude event types and Refresh to reload the activity data. The Dashboard view intentionally omits the lower live event list and detail pane.

  8. Review active campaigns

The Active Campaigns table lists the client's running campaigns with the assigned SDR, enrolled Contacts, total Emails, total Calls, and Set and Held meeting counts. Each row is clickable and opens the campaign at /platform/campaigns/[id]. The campaign name is also a direct link. The counts here are all-time per campaign, not scoped to the date-range controls. The section header shows how many campaigns are running.

  9. Read the Contact Pipeline

The Contact Pipeline is a horizontal bar chart that counts the client's currently enrolled contacts by status, from Uncontacted through Attempting Contact, Asked for Info, Warm Lead Not Yet Booked, Meeting Set, Meeting Held, Rescheduling, and Client Handled, with objections rolled into one Objections bucket and anything else in Other. It reflects the current status mix across active campaigns and is not scoped to the date-range controls. Use it to gauge where the book sits in the funnel right now.

  10. Read the Meeting Breakdown donuts

Meeting Breakdown shows two donut charts when the client has meetings. By Status splits meetings into Pending (booked meetings with a scheduled time still ahead), Set, Held, Rescheduling, Rescheduled, On Hold, and Client Handled. A future scheduled meeting is counted in Pending instead of being counted again in its raw status, so the slices do not double count. By Source splits meetings by meeting source (Phone, Email, Website, Event) with the hold rate in the center. Both are all-time and ignore the date-range controls. The section only appears when the client has at least one meeting.

  11. Switch between Recent and Pending meetings

The Meetings section has Recent and Pending tabs. Recent lists the most recent booked meetings. Pending shows booked contacts whose scheduled meeting time is still ahead, with a count badge for the full pending total; the table displays up to eight rows ordered by the soonest meeting date. Pending includes meeting_set, meeting_rescheduling, meeting_rescheduled, and meeting_on_hold contacts only when their meeting date is in the future. Unscheduled bookings and meetings whose scheduled time has passed are excluded. Both views show the contact, company, set date, meeting date, source, and status. Click a row to open the contact record at /platform/contacts/[id], or use View all to open /platform/meetings. If the selected view has no rows, its empty state explains whether there are no recent or no future-scheduled pending meetings. The Pending tab is shown in the guide screenshot.

What the buttons do

Quick date ranges (L7 / L14 / L30 / L60 / L90)
Shortcuts in the Performance Overview header. Each applies an explicit seven, 14, 30, 60, or 90-day window ending today, highlights the active shortcut, updates the date fields, and refetches the range-aware KPIs and charts.
Date range (From / To / Apply / Clear)
The custom date-range picker beside the quick shortcuts. From and To are native date inputs; Apply commits the range to the URL and refetches the range-aware KPIs and charts; Clear (shown after a range is committed) clears it back to the default 12-week window. Apply stays disabled until both dates are set and From is on or before To.
Meetings tabs (Recent / Pending)
Switches the Meetings table between the latest booked meetings and booked contacts with a scheduled meeting time still ahead. Pending includes a badge with the total future-scheduled count and displays up to eight rows; unscheduled and past meetings are excluded.
Meetings Booked KPI tile
The Meetings Booked tile shows the all-time booked-meeting total and hold rate. Click it to open the full Meetings list at /platform/meetings for the selected client.
Potential Meetings KPI tile
The Potential Meetings tile is a link: click it to open the Potential Meetings list at /platform/meetings/potential showing the interested (warm lead, not yet booked) contacts for this client. The other KPI tiles are not clickable.
View all (Meetings)
Link in the Meetings section header. Opens the full Meetings list at /platform/meetings for the selected client.
Campaign row (Active Campaigns)
Each row in the Active Campaigns table is clickable (the whole row, or the campaign name link) and opens that campaign at /platform/campaigns/[id]. Keyboard users can focus a row and press Enter to open it.
Meeting row (Recent or Pending)
Each row in either Meetings tab is clickable and opens the contact record at /platform/contacts/[id]. Keyboard users can focus a row and press Enter to open it.
Go to Campaigns (empty state)
When the selected client has no campaign data yet, the dashboard shows a single empty state with a Go to Campaigns button that opens /platform/campaigns/manage so you can create a campaign and enroll contacts.
Activity date range
Dropdown in Activity Volume. Switches the activity summary and chart between 7, 30, and 90 days without changing the main dashboard date range.
Refresh activity
Reloads the Dashboard Activity section using the selected activity window and event-type filters.

Common questions

They are quick dashboard ranges for the last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 calendar days, ending today. Selecting one updates the From and To fields, highlights the shortcut, commits the range in the URL, and refetches the range-aware KPIs and charts. Use the custom date inputs when you need a different window.
It scopes the email and cold-calling numbers and the two trend charts to the window you pick: Emails Sent, Open Rate, Calls Made (and the connect rate), the reply count inside Conversion Rate, the Weekly Meeting Goals chart, and the Activity Trends chart. The chart subtitles switch from Last 12 weeks to your explicit start to end range. The default (no range set) is the last 12 weeks and is byte-for-byte the same as before the picker existed.
By design. Meetings Booked, the Meeting Breakdown donuts, and both the Recent and Pending meeting lists are all-time. Ranging those values would change the default Meetings Booked from all-time to last 12 weeks, which would silently regress the headline number, so they are intentionally left all-time. The meetings trend (Set and Held per week in the Weekly Meeting Goals chart) does respect the range.
The default is the last 12 weeks, shown with the subtitle Last 12 weeks. Click Clear in the custom date-range picker (it appears once you have committed a range) to clear the From and To values and return to the default. You can also just remove the from and to query params from the URL.
Meetings Booked is total meetings set with the hold rate (held divided by booked) underneath and opens the full Meetings list when clicked. Potential Meetings is the count of interested, warm-lead-not-yet-booked contacts and opens the Potential Meetings list. Info Requests is the count of asked-for-info contacts. Emails Sent is emails in the selected range with the reply rate. Open Rate is unique human-opened sends divided by sends from active campaigns in the selected range. Calls Made is every logged call row in the selected range with the connect rate. Contacts Enrolled is currently enrolled contacts across active campaigns with the campaign count. Conversion Rate is meetings divided by contacts enrolled as a percent, with replies and bounces underneath.
Connection rate equals connected calls divided by every logged call row in the selected date window, multiplied by 100 and displayed to one decimal place. Connected calls use an allowlist of real-conversation outcomes, including interested, asked for info, meeting set or booked, handled objections, conversation, and similar live outcomes. No answer, voicemail, busy, gatekeeper or answering machine, invalid number, out of office, unqualified, dialing, and unknown outcomes remain in the denominator but do not count as connections.
They are two separate dispositions. Potential Meetings counts contacts in the interested status, often called warm leads not yet booked. Info Requests counts contacts in the asked for info status, prospects who asked for more information but have not been booked yet. They are sourced from the shared status constants so the numbers here match the Potential Meetings drill-down list and the strategist deep dive.
Pending is the upcoming backlog of booked contacts that have not yet reached their scheduled meeting time. It includes meeting set, rescheduling, rescheduled, and on hold statuses only when meetingDate is strictly later than now. Unscheduled bookings and past-due meeting times are not shown in this client-facing tab.
The count badge is the full future-scheduled pending total, while the dashboard table intentionally displays at most eight rows. Open the full Meetings list from View all to review the complete set.
Weekly meeting goals are set per client and per week elsewhere on the platform. The dashboard chart is read-only; it just plots Set and Held meetings against whatever goal exists for each week.
That empty state appears when the selected client has no campaigns, enrolled contacts, meetings, emails, or calls at all. Click Go to Campaigns to open /platform/campaigns/manage and create a campaign and enroll contacts; once there is activity, the dashboard populates.
Yes. In the Active Campaigns table, clicking a row (or the campaign name link) opens that campaign. In either the Recent or Pending Meetings table, clicking a row opens the contact record for that meeting. The Meetings Booked KPI tile and the View all link open the full Meetings list, while the Potential Meetings KPI tile opens the Potential Meetings list.
Both employees and clients. Employees see the dashboard for whichever client they select in the Client Switcher. Clients see the same per-client dashboard for their own client. The data shown is scoped to the selected client in either case.
Clicks Tracked is the count of tracked link-click activity in the selected Activity window. It replaces Tools Ran in the Dashboard presentation of the shared activity component; the rest of the Activity type breakdown still shows the available event categories.
The Dashboard presentation is a compact summary with stats, an activity-volume chart, type filters, and refresh controls. It intentionally omits the lower live event list and detail pane. Use the available type counts and filters to review the selected client activity summary.
The dashboard Pending tab requires a scheduled meeting time in the future. A booking with no meeting date, or a meeting whose scheduled time has passed, stays out of this client-facing upcoming view. Review those records in the full Meetings list or the relevant follow-up workflow.
