Overview

Call History reviews filtered outbound and inbound calls with editable dispositions, deal-scoped recordings, transcripts, and a full downloadable history package. Private feedback notes are available to clients and authorized coaching or strategy staff, while SDR views omit them. By default, the review excludes calls shorter than 30 seconds, with optional recording and short-call filters. The grouped Results menu gives Unqualified its own bucket instead of placing it under Not Interested. At compact widths, Date remains available in the table while extra metadata moves into the expanded row details.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client

Pick a client in the top-right switcher. The summary band updates to show calls, meetings set, recorded calls, and total talk time for the matching set. Recording playback is scoped to the selected client.

  2. Choose outbound or inbound

Use Outbound Calls for dials your team placed or Inbound Calls for callbacks to campaign numbers. The outbound tab includes campaign and AI score controls; inbound calls do not have those fields.

  3. Search and filter

Search by contact, title, associated domain, company, or phone. Add campaign, user, result, or date filters. Clients and authorized coaching or strategy staff also get Has Feedback Notes. The Results menu is a grouped multi-select with Select All Call Results, category checkboxes, individual dispositions, a separate Unqualified bucket, and Show all results. Click outside the menu or press Escape to close it.

  4. Apply manager review filters

Use Has Recording to review only calls with an available recording. Calls shorter than 30 seconds are excluded by default; turn on Include Calls Under 30 Seconds to include them. These review filters update the count, summary, table, and export. Has Feedback Notes is available only to clients and authorized coaching or strategy staff.

  5. Scan the table

Rows show Contact, Title, Result, Score when permitted, Recording, Summary, Duration, Date, Associated Domain, Company, Phone, Campaign, and User in the full table. Date now appears immediately after Duration, before the metadata columns that compact layouts hide. Title and Associated Domain are sortable. Long histories show up to 200 rows until you click Show all, while summaries, filters, and exports cover every match.

  6. Use the responsive call details view

At compact widths, the scrollable table keeps Contact, Title, Result, Recording, Summary, Duration, and Date visible while hiding extra metadata columns. At the smallest widths, Title is also hidden, but Duration and Date remain visible. Expand a row to see Title, Associated Domain, Company, Phone, Campaign, User, and Date in the Additional call details panel.

  7. Change a call disposition

Use the Result dropdown to correct a call. The save updates the call log and contact status immediately. Choosing Meeting Set also records the meeting date, employee, and Phone source. A failed save restores the prior value and shows an error toast.

  8. Review recordings and details

Play or download a recording inline. Playback loads on demand through the selected client's call history and supports replay and seeking. Expand a row for AI analysis, follow-up email, transcript, and SDR notes. Clients and authorized coaching or strategy staff also see private feedback when available. The recording player starts at Normal speed and includes circular 10-second skip controls, a visible seek handle, queued seeking, and its own Download control.

  9. Add private feedback

In expanded detail, clients and authorized coaching or strategy staff can choose Add Feedback, write coaching notes, and Save. Existing notes can be edited. When private feedback is added for the first time, the assigned SDR Manager and client strategist receive in-app and Slack notifications when they are not the actor or the caller. Editing existing notes does not send another notification. SDRs do not see the feedback card.

  10. Export the filtered calls

Click Export All Call History to download the full matching call history as a streamed ZIP. The package preserves the active search, campaign, user, result, date, recording, short-call, and outbound or inbound filters. Authorized viewers can also apply the feedback filter and receive private feedback notes in the CSV; SDR exports omit those notes. The package includes call metadata, consent-backed transcripts, and available recordings, and exports beyond the table display cap.

What the buttons do

Search
Matches contact name, title, associated domain, company, and dialed phone number.
All Campaigns / All Users / Results
Filter by campaign, caller, or grouped disposition categories. In Call History, Unqualified has its own category separate from Not Interested. Results also includes Select All Call Results, parent category checkboxes, individual dispositions, and Show all results. Click outside the menu or press Escape to close it.
Date range
Limits the review to calls between the selected from and to dates.
Has Feedback Notes
Shows only calls that already have private feedback notes. This control is available to clients and authorized coaching or strategy staff, not SDRs.
Has Recording
Shows only calls with an available recording and applies the same restriction to the exported package.
Include Calls Under 30 Seconds
Includes calls shorter than 30 seconds in the review. Calls at least 30 seconds long are shown by default.
Result dropdown
Changes the call result and contact status. Meeting Set also stamps meeting metadata, and failed saves revert with an error toast.
Recording player
Loads the selected client's recording on demand for inline playback, seeking with a visible handle, speed control, 10-second skips, and download.
Show all
Reveals rows beyond the first 200 while summary, filters, and export continue to use the full filtered set.
Additional call details
The expanded row panel shows Title, Associated Domain, Company, Phone, Campaign, User, and Date in a compact metadata grid.
Export All Call History
Streams a deal-scoped ZIP of all matching call metadata, consent-backed transcripts, and available recordings while preserving the active filters. Private feedback notes are included only for authorized viewers.
Date (table column)
Shows when the call occurred and can be sorted. Date stays in the compact table before metadata columns are hidden.

Common questions

The search field matches contact name, job title, associated domain, company, and dialed phone number. Title and Associated Domain are also sortable columns.
The streamed ZIP includes a call-history CSV with metadata, plus consent-backed transcript text files and available recording files. It uses the active search, campaign, user, result, date, recording, short-call, and direction filters. Clients and authorized coaching or strategy staff can also include private feedback notes; SDR exports do not contain them.
Yes. Pick a new value in the inline Result dropdown. It saves to both the call log and contact status, and Meeting Set also records meeting metadata. A failed save reverts the dropdown.
Outbound lists calls your team placed and includes campaign and AI score controls. Inbound lists callbacks to campaign numbers and has no campaign or AI score for those calls.
No. The page starts with calls that have a duration of at least 30 seconds. Turn on Include Calls Under 30 Seconds to include shorter calls in the table, summary, and export.
Turn on Has Recording. The page reloads the selected client's call history with only calls that have an available recording, and Export All Call History keeps that filter.
The Results control changes to No Results and the table shows no matching calls. Choose Show all results in the Results menu or Clear filters in the empty state to restore the list.
The table shows the first 200 rows for performance. Show all reveals the rest, and the summary, filters, and ZIP export always use every matching call.
It supports Play/Pause, a seek bar with a visible handle, Normal 1x starting speed, 0.75x to 2x playback, circular 10-second skip controls, queued seek or skip actions while metadata loads, on-demand loading when you press Play, and MP3 download.
Playback is delivered through the current client context, so the call must belong to the selected client. The player loads audio when you press Play, and unsupported or unavailable recordings show an error.
Click anywhere outside the Results menu or press Escape. Your selected categories and dispositions remain applied until you choose Show all results or change the selections.
Expand the call row with its chevron. The Additional call details panel shows Title, Associated Domain, Company, Phone, Campaign, User, and Date. On the compact table, Date remains visible after Duration; at the narrowest width, Title is hidden while Duration and Date stay in the table.
Yes. Export All Call History prepares a ZIP package whose call-history.csv contains the filtered call metadata, with consent-backed transcripts and available recordings added as separate files. Authorized viewers also receive private feedback notes in the CSV.
Call History gives Unqualified its own grouped category, separate from Not Interested. Select its category checkbox or individual disposition option when reviewing call results.
Clients and authorized coaching or strategy staff can read and add private feedback. SDR views omit the feedback notes, feedback card, and Has Feedback Notes filter.
When notes change from empty to non-empty, the assigned SDR Manager and the client's assigned strategist receive in-app and Slack notifications when they are not the person adding the note or the SDR who made the call. Editing existing notes does not send another notification.
