Overview

Email Accounts (Settings) manages the sender identity for this client's mailboxes and lets you connect your own mailbox over SMTP/IMAP. Edit each sender's name, title, phone, and type inline (changes auto-save), and these values power signatures via the senderName, senderTitle, and senderPhone merge fields.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client

Pick the client in the top-right switcher to load their assigned email accounts.

  2. Edit sender settings

In the sender table, edit the Sender Name, Title, Phone, and Type inline. Changes auto-save shortly after you stop typing, and Phone accepts the value used by the senderPhone signature merge field.

  3. Connect your own mailbox

Use the connect option to add a mailbox via SMTP/IMAP, or reconnect one that has stopped sending.

Sender name, title, and phone fill the senderName, senderTitle, and senderPhone merge fields used in signatures. A signature can use {{senderPhone}} to show the selected mailbox's phone number.
This page covers sender identity and mailbox connection for the selected client. The admin email accounts view manages accounts and send windows across the operation.
Edit the Phone field for the sender account on this page. It auto-saves and becomes available to signatures as {{senderPhone}} whenever that mailbox is selected.
