Overview
Deliverability shows seven days of selected-client sending health by default, including human-likely engagement, authentication, mailbox health, and controlled inbox-placement evidence. Employees also see the client send plan and a daily mailbox audit with first-party outcomes, Google Postmaster reputation, provider-complete placement status, a specific next action, deterministic copy rules, and a cached AI review of current sampled outreach content. Client users can review their own available health and placement results but cannot start tests or view staff-only mailbox evidence.
How to use this page
Select the client and date range
Choose a client from the global selector. The dashboard opens on the last 7 days. Use 7d, 30d, or 90d, or set inclusive From and To dates up to today. The selected reporting window applies to health totals and trend charts.
Review the employee mailbox audit
Employees see Mailbox deliverability audit above the health dashboard when All Domains is selected. The latest daily snapshot summarizes Healthy, Needs review, Critical, Not enough evidence, total Mailboxes, warming inspection, authentication, first-party reputation coverage, and recent Google Postmaster evidence. AI copy reviewed shows the share of audited mailboxes whose current sampled outreach fingerprint has completed the cached content review.
Find a mailbox diagnosis and next action
Use Search or the health filters to narrow the employee mailbox audit. Each request loads up to 25 mailbox rows. Use Previous and Next to move through the full filtered result without changing the current search or diagnosis filter. Review provider, role, domain lifecycle, campaign, authentication, placement, warming, volume, first-party and Google evidence, content rules, AI review, likely cause, confidence, and the recommended next action.
Read provider-complete placement evidence
Mailbox audit placement uses neutral controls from tests completed within seven days. A reliable result requires readable Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 controls, at least four resolved controls, and at least 95% control coverage. Otherwise the audit stays Not enough evidence. Representative campaign-copy results remain separate from the neutral sender evidence.
Compare first-party and Google reputation
First Party shows attributable sending outcomes. Google shows domain-level reported metrics separately from collection status. Check the reporting date and available values before changing sending settings. Google auth rates measure reported traffic; DNS SPF pass, DNS DKIM pass and DNS DMARC pass measure setup. Neither is an inbox-placement score. No flagged reported metrics does not prove every prospect received the message in their inbox.
Filter by sending domain
Choose a sending domain to narrow sending and warmup activity. Use All Domains for complete client totals and the employee mailbox audit. New provider-received bounce and unsubscribe evidence can be tied to the exact mailbox, while older or ambiguous records may remain unavailable for one domain.
Read the health summary
Review Emails sent, Hard bounce rate, Human-likely open rate, Unsubscribe rate, Warmup spam placement, and Mailboxes. Human-likely opens exclude known image proxies, bots, and security scanners. Opens remain directional and are not an inbox-placement score.
Inspect trends and authentication
Use the charts for daily volume, delivery failures and opt-outs, human-likely engagement, and bounce trend. Provider rows separate Human-like, Proxy, and Scanner rates. Review SPF, DMARC, DKIM, domain setup, and mailbox recommendations before changing sending.
Review the client send plan
Employees may see the weekly goal, seven-day pace, Safe cap per week, Protected per day, and goal comparisons. Safe capacity comes from active mailboxes linked to a running cadence across five sending weekdays.
Run and interpret a placement test
Employees choose an active Sender or Primary mailbox whose mail transport is ready. The picker can include delegated or connected Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and SMTP/IMAP mailboxes. Mailboxes that need reauthentication or do not have a healthy required connection stay out of the list. SalesHive sends a neutral control and representative campaign copy to available Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 seed inboxes. Results identify the provider and Control or Campaign probe, report Primary, tab, Spam, or Not delivered, and may show a likely cause with evidence confidence. Client users can review available results but cannot start a test.
Separate evidence coverage from delivery health
In the employee mailbox audit, mailbox assessment shows the share assessed healthy and the review, critical and unknown groups. Warming inspected, Sending evidence coverage, Google data coverage and AI copy reviewed measure how much evidence is available. Neutral coverage bars do not grade provider health. Google evidence counts separate reported metrics, no published data, access requirements, collection errors and missing snapshots. Use provider-specific isolated placement tests alongside real sending outcomes. Warming interactions, spam rescues and one test inbox cannot establish inbox delivery to every prospect. Running the audit only refreshes the assessment from stored evidence.
